Shanxi Topic Fitness Equipment Co., Ltd. was jointly established by KIB GmbH of Germany,  Shanxi Orient Fitness & Health Co., Ltd.  and Shanxi Furuide International Trade Co., Ltd. in year 2003. The company is located in the German Industry Park of Changzhi city, Shanxi province, with a 2000 square metres workhouse and about 50 employees.

With the latest popular designs developed by Germen engineers and the advanced production technology , the company produces more than 90 types of "AcceptTopic" series professional power exercise fitness equipments for commercial uses. Some of the key parts such as the power transmission belt and bearings etc. used on the equipments are imported from well-known German producers and the assembled equipments are not allowed to sell before passing through the strict inspection by the German inspectors, which guarantee these equipments to work normally even with continuous intensive use. Now the "AcceptTopic" fitness equipments have already been widely used in fitness clubs, luxury hotels, sports training centers as well as the gyms in military and college campus. A scientific and combined use of these equipments will enable every part of muscle to be well trained in a short time.

Due to the differences existing in economy developing stage and the living customs between China and western countries, currently the "AcceptTopic" fitness equipments are mainly sold to EU countries and North America while its sales volume in Chinese market is comparatively small. In order to lower the company's running cost, Shanxi Topic Fitness Equipment Co., Ltd. does not have its own sales organization. Instead, the company's export sales is charged by Shanxi Furuide International Trade Co., Ltd. while the domestic sales is carried out by Shanxi Orient Fitness & Health Co., Ltd.
